Payment Mode:
We accepts payments through "wire transfer", and "credit cardsí. Credit card holders can use American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit card to pay the amount. Once you are through with bookings such as hotel rooms, transportation, etc., all the transaction details will be sent to you. Cancellation Refund Policy:
The tickets booked through our site are cancelable depend on the cancellation policy of the bus operators not through policy of the site owner. Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another. Please contact any of our executives for complete details or enter your ticket number on the print ticket tab to read the cancellation policy for your ticket. We reconcile all booking and cancelled transactions on our system with operators and payment gateways on transaction + 10 days. All online transactions which got failed and whereas we received the payment from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded by the system once confirmed from the payment gateway and operators (Bus).A email will be sent to your email id registered with us. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 days to post a credit to your account. In cases, where you are not satisfied with the resolution. You may drop a mail to the mail id in our contact us page. These requests will be accepted only after +10 days of the transaction. Thank you for using our services.

All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Car Travels is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number.

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on info@cartravels.com or posting us a message on the Contact US page (optional) . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number Car Travels shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

If for some reason you are unable to take travel - no refund will be applicable

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

Unused Balance Clause:
"Any top-up payment / advance payment which is received from retailers / distributors deposit the advance payment to his retail account for, the retailer / distributor does not use the amount for goods & services and he wants his payment to return in this case after one month of deposit, retailer need to give refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the retailer, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source"
